Oversee daily operations to ensure maximum visitor satisfaction and experience.
Handle all customer service related issues.
Supervise staff and volunteers including training/hiring/scheduling/evaluating
Maintain museum supplies, exhibits and grounds
Oversight of all programs and special events
Schedule and set up parties and rentals
Maintain POS system and online calendar
Assist Executive Director as needed
Required work experience- 2 years in upper a management position or supervisory role. Customer service experience preferred.
Education- Bachelors Degree required.
