Volunteer Coordinator

Job Type: Part-time

Pay Range: $16-17/hour

Responsibilities:

The duties of the position include but are not limited to the following:

•  Recruit, orientate and train new volunteers.
•  Work with volunteer recruiting agencies.
•  Schedule and facilitate volunteers to assist with museum events.
•  Supervise and assist volunteers during large events.
•  Maintain volunteer software / database, keeping volunteer records current.
•  Lead volunteer meetings and recognition events.
•  Excel experience is required.

This is a part-time position offering a flexible schedule averaging 15 hours per week.
