Content Creator
We’re looking for a creative, energetic, and independent Content Creator who can bring our medieval/dark history aesthetic to life through short-form video.
Your main mission:
- Produce high-quality Reels/TikTok/Shorts
- Find and coordinate an actor (executioner-type role) for the videos
- Generate viral concepts that fit our museum’s identity
If you love immersive storytelling, true crime, dark history, and cinematic visuals — this role will feel like a playground.
Responsibilities
1. Full-cycle Reels production
- Develop ideas and scripts for short-form videos
- Create trending, engaging, and high-retention content
- Shoot vertical content inside the museum
- Edit videos (CapCut/Final Cut/Adobe — any tool you prefer)
- Add subtitles, transitions, sound design, effects
2. Actor search & coordination
- Find a suitable actor for the role of medieval executioner
- Coordinate their schedule
- Direct basic acting / movement during shoots
3. Creative direction
- Bring fresh ideas and viral concepts
- Understand social media trends and adapt them to a dark historical aesthetic
- Work closely with CMO to align style and storytelling
Requirements:
- Strong experience in shooting and editing short-form video
- Understanding of trends on Reels/TikTok/YouTube Shorts
- Ability to find and manage talent (actor coordination)
- Creativity and strong sense of visual storytelling
- Confidence working independently and generating ideas
- Interest in true crime, dark aesthetics, or history — big advantage, but not required
Compensation
Part-time — hourly or project-based.
Discussed individually based on your experience and availability.
